Privacy Policy for Level Up Count

1. Information We Process

Level Up Count does not require account registration or login.

The App processes the following information to provide its core functionality:

• Counting and record information
  • Current count
  • Saved counting records
  • Record names
  • Categories and subcategories
  • Record dates and times
• Application preferences
  • Theme settings
  • Tap Screen to Count settings
  • Voice Count settings
  • Vibration and sound preferences
  • Keep Screen Awake settings

This information is stored locally on your device using the App's local database and preference storage.

Rowon does not operate an application server that collects or stores this information.

2. Microphone Permission and Voice Count

Level Up Count provides an optional Voice Count feature.

When you enable this feature, the App requests Android's microphone permission (RECORD_AUDIO).

The microphone is used solely to detect vocal sounds and automatically increase the counter.

Audio input is processed in real time on your device.

Audio recordings are not created or saved.

Raw audio is not stored in the App's database.

Audio is not transmitted to Rowon or external speech recognition services.

The App does not use online speech-to-text processing.

The App does not use the microphone while it is in the background.

Microphone access stops when you turn off Voice Count, leave the main counter screen, or move the App to the background.

Before requesting microphone permission, the App displays an explanation of why microphone access is needed.

You may select "Not Now" to decline or "Continue" to proceed to Android's microphone permission request.

If you decline microphone access, Voice Count remains disabled. You can continue using the App's other counting features.

You may revoke microphone permission at any time through your Android device settings.

3. Local Data Storage

Counting records and categories are stored in the App's local database.

Your current count and application preferences are stored using local preference storage.

The App does not require an internet connection for its core counting and record management functions.

Rowon does not operate a separate cloud synchronization service or remote database for this information.

An internet connection is required to view the Privacy Policy hosted on an external website. This does not affect the App's offline counting and record management functionality.

4. Android System Backup and Device Transfer

Level Up Count allows Android's system backup and device-to-device transfer features.

Depending on your Android version, device manufacturer, system settings, Google account backup configuration, and backup availability, locally stored application data may be included in Android system backups or transferred to another device.

This may include counting records, categories, and application preferences.

Android system backups may be associated with your Google account and processed by Google or the applicable Android platform backup service.

Rowon does not operate its own cloud backup or synchronization server.

The availability, retention, security, restoration, and deletion of system backups are governed by the applicable Android platform services and their policies.

Backup and restoration are not guaranteed.

Deleting local App data or uninstalling the App may not immediately remove previously created system backups. Such backups remain subject to Android's backup retention and deletion procedures.

5. Sharing Information

The App allows you to share individual counting records.

When you choose to share a record, the selected information is passed to Android's system sharing interface.

You select the destination application or service.

Information shared through another application may be processed according to that application's privacy policy.

Rowon does not automatically upload or distribute your counting records to third parties.

Rowon does not sell your personal information.

6. Third-Party Services

The current version of Level Up Count does not integrate advertising SDKs, advertising identifiers, remote analytics services, or third-party crash reporting services.

The App uses software libraries and Android platform components to provide functionality such as local storage, microphone processing, permission management, and system sharing.

Android operating system services, including backup and device transfer, may process information independently of the App as described in Section 4.

If Rowon introduces new third-party services or materially changes its data handling practices, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Counting records and application preferences remain stored locally until they are deleted through available App or Android system functions.

You can delete individual saved records using the App's existing record deletion feature.

The current version does not provide a separate Delete All Data feature.

You may also remove locally stored application data through Android's application storage settings or by uninstalling the App, subject to Android's operating system behavior.

Android system backups may be retained separately under the applicable platform backup policies.

Because the App does not provide user accounts or operate a remote database server, Rowon does not maintain a separate server-side copy of your counting records.

8. Data Security

Rowon limits microphone access to the functionality required for Voice Count and processes audio locally without retaining audio recordings.

Counting records and application preferences are stored in the App's Android application storage.

Android provides operating-system-level mechanisms for application data isolation and access control.

When Android system backup is enabled, backup security and transmission are managed by the applicable Android platform backup service.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Level Up Count is a general-purpose counting application and is not specifically designed for children.

The App does not provide account registration, advertising, or developer-operated remote data collection.

Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of device permissions and system sharing features where appropriate.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Rowon may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App, its features, applicable legal requirements, or data handling practices.

If advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or other third-party services are introduced, we will review and update this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosures as applicable.

The updated Privacy Policy will be published at the App's official Privacy Policy URL with a revised effective date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before introducing new data processing practices.
